Monthly labor force figures released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) on Thursday revealed that the unemployment rate in both seasonally adjusted and trend terms was unchanged at 4.1 percent in May.
It marks the fifth consecutive month that unemployment has been steady in seasonally adjusted terms, which removes seasonal employment patterns, and three straight months at 4.1 percent in trend terms. (Photo by Zhang Na/Xinhua)
